I’m Michelle Robinette, a retired teacher with 28 years of classroom experience and a PhD in reading, writing, & digital literature. I’m also a mom and I remember being right where you are now. I won’t lie…It’s scary.

A book is not included each mailing. But, the books I choose are are well written classics that are probably already part of your home library . If not you could borrow from a friend or check out at your local library.
However, if a book isn’t in your child’s already existing collection, making a purchase would also be a great choice.

Everything is simple and parent-friendly. Any additional information is always provided with the accompanying parent letter. -
Month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Prepaid (reduced pricing) yearly memberships expire after 12 months, but cannot be cancelled.
